Most Common Questions:

I can work with anyone on almost any type of lifestyle, including: vegetarian, vegan, paleo, keto, carnivore, low carb, low fat, etc.

You do not have to, or have to want to, follow any type of lifestyle or trendy diet, in order to have success on this plan.

My goal is to kick your food cravings and addiction. We can tweak it for optimal health, as YOU see fit.

Bright Line Eating was created by Susan Peirce Thompson, a Ph.D. and expert in the psychology and neuroscience of food addiction. She takes a science-based approach to eating that works with your brain, rather than against it, in order to beat food addiction and cravings.

Although I do heavily incorporate her protocols into my coaching, I do make adjustments that fit my client’s needs. We will also focus on other underlying causes for excessive cravings and weight gain.

Our functional medicine labs include food intolerance/allergy testing, nutritional deficiencies, thyroid panels, hormonal health and fertility labs, heavy metals, candida labs, etc.

We can look at just about any health concern you might have, but I generally focus on labs that uncover common causes of excessive food cravings, such as hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, and food intolerances.

I offer unlimited, pay-as-you-go follow up appointments for any clients that have worked with me 1:1 for coaching or 1:1 for lab work! These follow up appointments can be made within 3 months of each other, or even everyday if you need extensive support.

*Please note that if it has been more than 3 months since we have worked together, we may need to schedule a longer session to re-look at where you are at.

I work with Affirm and if you are approved, they can set you up on a payment plan in order to more conveniently work with me.

Unfortunately, I am unable to accept insurance at this time.

This would be a “coach-client”, and not a “provider-patient”, relationship. As an Integrative Health Practitioner, I will work with you to correct underlying imbalances, educate you on how to take control of your own health, and work to identify the root cause(s) of your symptoms.

I cannot diagnose or treat diseases. My goal is to help guide you towards your goals, so that we can prevent the need for you to treat future diseases. My services are in no way intended to replace your primary care provider’s instructions.

During our meetings, I will refer you to your primary care doctor, a mental health professional, or other health expert, if I feel it is appropriate. We would certainly continue on your journey together, but I would possibly provide you with questions, information, and suggestions to address with your primary care doctor/medical expert.
